Core Prime

FieldTurf’s latest sustainability innovation is a high dura-bility fiber containing 40% recycled polymer performance without compromise.

Core Prime is composed of an inner core made from 40% recycled polyethylene delivering excellent resilience, combined with a soft outershell made from virgin polyethylene for ultimate player-friendliness. With a thickness of 410 microns, Core Prime is designed to withstand intensive use and has proven durability through extended Lisport cycle testing. Produced in Germany with our unique extrusion technology, Core Prime is a truly sustainable fiber, using recycled raw materials to minimise fossil resources, and reduce its carbon footprint.

Vertex Core Prime

Vertex Core combines two state of the art fibers - fieldturf’s Core Prime monofilament and slit-film fibers tufted together.

Vertex Core Prime is composed of a monofilament with an inner core made from recycled polyethylene delivering excellent resilience, combined with a soft outer shell made from virgin polyethylene for ultimate player-friendliness. With a thickness of 410 microns, the monofilament Vertex Core Prime is designed to withstand intensive use and has proven durability through extended Lisport cycle testing. XM7

XM7 has been developed using a unique ridged diamond profile fiber design for great resilience

XM7 was created with strict adherence to the 3 pillars of fiber development – Polymer, Process and Geometry (PPG). The resulting, exceptionally resilient and soft fiber delivers excellent durability allowing the field to perform at its optimum level. The 7-ply technology offered by XM7 ensures maximum technical performance with the highest levels of filament coverage and tuft density. Suitable for a variety of infilled systems, XM7 has become the new standard in synthetic turf.

RGF XM7

RGF XM7 combines the fieldturf XM7 monofilament fiber with a fibrillated fiber in an abab tuft to obtain a high performance, high density and balanced playing system.

The RGF XM7 multi-ridged monofilament fiber design makes the synthetic field look like natural grass. It has been engineered to provide excellent resilience and durability with an exceptional price-performance ratio, while the combination with the selected fibrillated fiber makes it extremely long- lasting and offers excellent infill encapsulation.

Quattro

Fieldturf Quattro is a diamond profile yarn designed with the best possible proportions.

Quattro is an extremely resilient and durable turf, tailored to top-level sports applications, sustaining a constant level of optimum performance and safety for users. FieldTurf uses the very latest materials technology and precision extrusion equipment to produce a 100% PE fiber made from specially developed polymers allowing exceptional playing comfort due to its skin friendliness. The unique high-tech components in FieldTurf Quattro deliver performance while offering a wide range of shockpad and infill solutions to adapt the system to your needs.

Ultra 360

Using dual fiber technology, Ultra 360 delivers outstanding ball roll and ball bounce properties and enhanced torque and resistance interaction for the athlete.

The system structure of Ultra 360 is designed to maximise stability and reduce infill movement and dispersion, while maintaining natural aesthetics. Using 7-ply monofilament technology coupled with a nondirectional supporting layer, Ultra 360 delivers market-leading durability with high tuft density and coverage. In addition to optimum technical performance characteristics, Ultra 360 offers an extremely cost effective and manageable maintenance regime.

Purefield Ultra

Purefield ultra combines cutting-edge polymer technology, with leading turf system design.

FieldTurf’s commitment to sustainability in synthetic turf technology has resulted in the development of a range of synthetic turf systems without polymeric infill. Engineered for optimum technical performance and exceptional player- surface interaction, whilst taking a significant step towards circularity in turf system design and production.

PureField HD is available in both fibrillated (HD) and monofilament (MF) versions, each offering their own performance characteristics.

Hockey Gold

Our elliptic fiber has been developed using the best polymers available in the industry, and results in hard wearing, durable and low maintenance systems.

Our elliptic hockey fiber delivers excellent coverage, market-leading resilience and optimum ball-surface interaction.

Hockey Gold Elite is ideal for Club use, designed to perform even more closely to a water-based surface without the requirements of an irrigation system. A shorter pile height, denser pile and less sand results in improved playing characteristics.

Hockey Gold Pro is FieldTurf’s sand-dressed solution for school, community and multi-sport use. Using our extremely durable elliptic fiber in a dense pile construction, the system meets top levels of sports performance.

Classic HD

Engineered to be softer, more durable and cause less splash, Classic HD is dramatically different from all others.

Built tough, Classic HD is perfect for sports fields that require a durable fiber to withstand intense use day in and day out. Thanks to our world-class fiber manufacturing facility our engineers have been able to apply our innovative PPG method (Polymer, Process and Geometry) to create the ultimate fibrillated fiber technology.

The unique honeycomb geometry of the Classic HD fiber allows it to hold the infill in place better than other leading fibrillated fibers. This “anti-splash” design means less movement of the infill and more durability. Along with a thicker profile, one of the secrets behind Classic HD’s design and durability is a patent pending cutting procedure. This procedure allows for a cleaner cut to each fiber versus other traditional cutting methods, which contributes to better overall wear resistance of the Classic HD fiber.
