Our fibers are manufactured in-house at Tarkett’s dedicated facilities in Germany, MET (Morton Extrusionstechnik GmbH) the largest monofilament producer in Europe, and in TSE (Tarkett Sports Extrusion) in Abu Dhabi, utilizing premium grade polymers and subjected to stringent quality assurance protocols, including tensile strength, uniformity, and colour consistency testing.
Following fiber production, tufting and coating are performed at our expansive 39,000-square-meter facility in Auchel, France — a site that leverages decades of collective expertise in synthetic turf manufacturing and is equipped with some of the most advanced technologies in the industry — as well as at our facility in Backa Palanka, Serbia.
